The voice of the employee is change-oriented communication and aims to improve situation. This study determine effect ethical leadership on behavior with affective as mediation. population in this were employees Bank Mandiri Financial Institution, which one leading financial institutions Indonesia. Data was collected using a purposive sample 250 respondents, Smart PLS used test proposed model. results analysis show that has positive significant behavior. Ethical proven have commitment. Affective commitment And mediation able mediate sound employee.
